1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through batterygulf.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Battery Gulf is operated by Plus Gulf General Trading LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where available). Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Most chargers carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Batteries are covered against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overcharging, physical damage, or use outside the manufacturer's specified parameters. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Battery Gulf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Plus Gulf General Trading LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
