How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day and typically arrive within 1–2 business days within Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Other emirates may take 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available on all orders over AED 1,000. Orders below this threshold incur a flat delivery fee based on your emirate.

Are your batteries genuine?

Yes. All batteries are sourced directly from authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market products.

Which charger is compatible with my batteries?

Accepted Answer

Most Nitecore and Xtar chargers support Li-ion (18650, 20700, 21700), LiFePO4, and NiMH/NiCd cells. Check the product page for the full compatibility list, or contact our team for a recommendation.

What is the difference between protected and unprotected Li-ion cells?

Protected cells have a small circuit board that prevents overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits. Unprotected cells are slightly shorter and lighter — suitable for devices with built-in protection circuits, such as most smart chargers and regulated flashlights.

Can I use 21700 cells in a device designed for 18650?

Only if the device explicitly supports 21700 cells or includes a spacer/adapter. Using the wrong cell size can damage the device or the battery.

What is your return policy?
