Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00pm (UAE time) on business days (Sunday–Thursday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on Fridays and Saturdays, are dispatched the next business day.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a net value of AED 1,000 or more, delivered anywhere in the UAE. The free shipping threshold applies after any discounts or coupon codes have been applied.
Packaging & Battery Transport
All lithium batteries are packaged in compliance with UAE Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and IATA regulations. Li-ion cells are shipped with protective caps and in anti-static packaging. We do not ship loose lithium cells via air freight without appropriate documentation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make up to two further attempts. After three failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or high-demand periods. Battery Gulf is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
