Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please read the eligibility criteria below before initiating a return.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Unused, unopened products in original, undamaged packaging
- ✓Items returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- ✓Products with a manufacturing defect (covered under warranty)
- ✓Items that were incorrectly sent by Battery Gulf
- ✓Products that arrived damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours)
Not Eligible for Return
- ✕Opened or used batteries (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- ✕Products returned after 14 days of delivery
- ✕Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- ✕Batteries that have been charged, discharged, or modified
- ✕Products damaged due to misuse, overcharging, or physical impact
- ✕Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Contact Us
Email [email protected] or call 050 175 2783 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorisation
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship to our Sharjah warehouse.
Inspection
We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Refund or Exchange
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item sent, or transit damage, Battery Gulf will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns. If your product has developed a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs where possible. We will advise on the appropriate next steps.
